I just installed it today with no problems. First you need to install 6.3 normally, just make sure you change the install path to the steam path (programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/medieval). When the popup comes up to select a campaign, close the window and finish the install. Then install 6.4 in the same way. Again, close the window.
