In 2006 TLT-Turbo and POWERCHINA TURBINE TECHNOLOGIES (PCTT) (formerly known as Chengdu Power Machinery Works - CPMW) founded a Joint Venture Company: "TLT-Turbo (Sichuan)" (formerly known as Chengdu KKK Power Fans - CKPF). In 2014 TLT-Turbo was acquired by Power Construction Corporation of China (PCCC).
