I followed the instructions for a hard reboot, boot into safe-mode, and run the EXE. Things were good. Then Windows updated itself again, then the shaking came back. I tried the Screen_Fix.exe method and no luck.

Not sure if it's related to the May 2020 build however we are seeing severe screen flickering issues when sharing an application window, especially applications that use graphics hardware acceleration (e.g. Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit).
